We offer flexible hours but preference will be given to someone who is available most nights: (Generally 9pm to 3am) and especially weekend nights. - Other shifts are dinner hours (3pm to 9pm) or occassional day hours (10am to 3pm). This is a 1 person kitchen (for the most part). Quite often the front of the house will need help with bussing and crowd management, therefore this is also a front of the house position. Experience with flat grill and fryer work is preferred. Must be a self starter and a team player committed to excellent plate production, solid customer service, and a willingness to pitch in where needed. Maturity and attitude are important. Pay is dependant on experience with a generous tip split. Will train the right person. Please bring in a resume between 10am and 3pm Mon-Wed.
