Are you an experienced line cook who wants to make some good money? Do you like to make delicious food?
Can you work nights? (Specifically Tuesday-Friday closing shifts.) You will be compensated well.
We are looking for someone who works well by themselves and in a team environment - you'll work closely with front of house staff to provide the excellent service our regulars expect from us. Self-motivation and superior time management skills are a must, as well as keeping a cool head when the kitchen gets hectic. (You're going to do dishes as well, fyi.)
