Front Office Specialist

Physical Therapy Services is expanding and has an opening for a Front Office Specialist, this is a full time position. We are looking for a driven individual that is capable of receiving and reconciling information from insurances and doctors with our clinic operating systems. Prior authorization experience preferred, but will train on the job. Applicant must possess interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in order to greet, schedule, call and interact between both patients and co-workers with the goal of providing an easy-going, knowledgeable, nurturing and peaceful environment for care and cooperation.
