Job description
Welcome the customers in the stores and help answer their questions regarding the products while upselling and making suitable suggestions.
Ensure to help the customers with their purchases by scanning accurately and handling the cash/card transactions effectively.
Maintain cleanliness around the workplace.
Fulfill the daily tasks and duties assigned by the person in charge, including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining the displays.
Be a good team player and maintain effective communication with management and customers at all levels.
Handle merchandise returns/exchanges if needed.
Note: Experience in retail positions is a plus but not required.
