Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of Lead Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. There is no need for a driver's license as we will provide transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Knocking on doors in designated neighborhoods to engage with potential customers
- Presenting information about our products/services in a clear and concise manner
- Answering questions and addressing any concerns raised by potential customers
- Generating leads and setting up appointments for our sales team
- Meeting daily and weekly targets for lead generation
- Collaborating with team members to optimize productivity and share successful strategies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to different neighborhoods and demographics
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
