Earn $24–$26/hour (Jan–Oct) & $21–$23/hour (Nov–Dec) with tip pool!
What You’ll Do:
Set up banquet rooms (tables, linens, silverware, décor)
Serve food & beverages with friendly, professional service
Break down events, clear tables, and keep spaces clean
Assist with coffee/snack breaks, condiments, and beverage stations
Ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for
Compensation:
Base Pay: $17/hr
Average Tips: +$4–$7/hr
Compensation Grows with Tenure:
1st Year: $17/hour
2nd Year: $18/hour
3rd Year: $19/hour
Then advance into Bartender, Lead, Captain, and Assistant Manager roles!
