We are seeking Maintenance Team Members for our fast growing property management company.
Qualifications:
-2 years minimum handyman experience.
-Maintenance experience with internal structures (light plumbing, light electrical)
OR
-Maintenance experience in exterior structures (concrete, roofing, siding, carpentry, asphalt etc.)
We have many positions open for different levels of skill and experience.
This position is multi faceted and requires problem solving, being part of a team and communicating with tenants and managers on a daily basis.
Attributes of successful team members must include honesty, good time management, ability to work alone or along side other team members and multitasking. In addition possess basic tools, have reliable transportation with the ability to carry tools and large supplies from one job site to another, auto insurance, valid drivers license and a clean criminal background.
