Multiple Properties Flexible Schedule Ongoing Work
URHome Property Management is hiring a part-time Groundskeeper/Landscaper to maintain several residential properties in the Portland area.
HOURS: Approx. 20 hours/week (more hours available as needed)
PAY: Competitive hourly pay based on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mowing, edging, and blowing
Weeding and basic landscape upkeep
Trash pickup and common area cleanup
Seasonal tasks (leaf cleanup, minor pruning, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS (READ):
Reliable transportation REQUIRED (travel between multiple properties)
Able to work independently and stay on task
Comfortable with outdoor/physical work
Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented
