All Star Labor and Staffing is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for a Food Production Company in the McMinnville area.

-Shift 1: Sunday – every other Wednesday | Day Shift (4:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
-Shift 2: Sunday – every other Wednesday | Night Shift (4:30 PM – 5:00 AM)
-Shift 3: Every other Wednesday – Saturday | Day Shift (4:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
-Shift 4: Every other Wednesday – Saturday | Night Shift (4:30 PM – 5:00 AM)
Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains production and facility equipment. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and supporting high-volume production.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to prevent equipment failures
-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
-Install and modify equipment following safety and engineering standards
-Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions
-Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
-Collaborate with production teams to maximize efficiency
-Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent; industrial maintenance experience preferred (food manufacturing a plus)
-Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
-PLC and HMI knowledge preferred
-Ability to provide own basic tools
-Flexible to work weekends and holidays
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
$28.88/hour
+$2.50/hour night shift differential
