Showroom attendant and receptionist

We are a marble, granite and Quartz fabrication and installation company. We are a 3rd generation family business.

We are looking for someone to handle our showroom and receptionist duties. Looking for someone with a great attitude and easy going.

Duties include but not limited too;

Answering phones and redirecting as needed.

Greeting walk in customers and assisting them with their projects and questions.

Gathering customer information and preparing estimates, e-mailing and following up.

Showing customers materials and educating them on what we do.

Manage incoming e-mails

Manage, our social media, Facebook, Instagram Etc.

Manage showroom samples with vender Reps

Keep showroom organized

Assist bookkeeper with files as needed.

Assist with office staff and owner as needed

Computer skills and typing

Knowledge of the stone industry would be a benefit, willing to educate the right person.

Knowledge of construction, cabinetry or design are applicable.

Must be willing to learn what we do and how.

We have a casual atmosphere

This is a full time position, M-F 8am -4:30
