We’re a small, fast-paced property management firm looking for a reliable, independent team member to maintain and service the exterior of our residential properties.
Position: Grounds Maintenance / Debris Removal
Pay: Starting at $25/hr, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 employee
Pay: $25/hr+ DOE (Portland / Vancouver Metro)
Duties include:
Lawn mowing, blowing, and weeding
Raking and bed cleanup
Shrub and hedge trimming
Debris and junk removal
Gutter cleaning and pressure washing
Spreading bark dust and mulch as needed
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Experience driving a pickup truck and trailer
Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical outdoor work independently
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
