Concrete Guy Needed

I am a landscape designer/general contractor and many of my projects involve concrete. I primarily work on higher-end residental projects. Looking for a quality crew to do flatwork, retaining walls, and foundations. Of course price is always a factor - but not the only factor. I also need quality work. I'm looking for a crew that I can rely on that does quality work at a reasonable price. I need a crew that will pay attention to elevations and layout, set quality formwork that won't shift or bow during pours, set rebar correctly on dobies or on chairs and not step all over the rebar and push it into the sub-grade during the pour, will use quality concrete mixes, will be professional on the job site and not leave trash all over, will not smoke or swear on the job site, etc. I do a lot of sand finish concrete but it would be great if you can also do stamped, broom finish, exposed aggregate, etc. For the right crew I will likely have a substantial amount of work.
