Peak Fire Protection is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician. We are a full service Fire Protection company based in Portland, OR primarily serving the Portland metropolitan area.
Requirements:
- MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE Limited Energy Class A Technician license (LEA)
- Clean driving record
- Somewhat flexible hours and willingness to travel outside of our immediate service area.
Primary duties:
Conduct NFPA 72 fire alarm inspections on quarterly, semi-annual, and annual intervals.
Troubleshoot, perform repairs and help with bidding repairs, tenant improvements, and new installations.
Fill out detailed inspection reports and document deficiencies found.
You will have a company van that you will keep stocked with any parts/materials you may need for day to day jobs.
You will be accompanied by an IEC apprentice at your request.
This position is best for a self motivated fire alarm tech that can manage their own time and responsibilities.
Hours are flexible, we will consider applicants seeking both part time and full time work.
Full Time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of continuous employment.
