Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices on job sites.

-Plan, layout, and install electrical systems and components, including wiring, conduit, fixtures, and equipment.

-Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine project specifications and requirements.

-Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.

-Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and project progress.

-Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

-Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

-Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.

-Ensure the proper maintenance and use of tools and equipment.

Requirements:

-Valid Electrician’s license in Oregon and/or Washington

-Knowledge of electrical systems, installation, maintenance, and repair.

-Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

-Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.

-Valid driver’s license
