The Maintenance Technician/Carpenter position performs routine maintenance and repair work in buildings, on machines, on mechanical equipment and irrigation. Refinishes furniture, doors and other wood items. Constructs, installs and/or repairs wood structures, furniture items and fixtures made of wood. May assist with the renovation/remodeling of buildings, including but not limited to the replacement/repair of window frames and doors.
Experience is not required, but helpful and on the site job training will be provided.
