Our Oregon law firm located in Salem is seeking a motivated attorney to join us in managing a high-volume docket of violation hearings statewide. We are seeking an immediate hire no later than December 19, 2025.
What You’ll Do
Represent clients in a fast-paced calendar of violation hearings across Oregon.
Conduct hearings remotely, with in-person appearances depending on courthouse needs.
Work from home or in our Salem office while staying closely connected with a supportive team of attorneys and legal assistants.
Gain substantial, hands-on courtroom experience in a high-volume practice with comprehensive training provided.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Oregon attorney (newly licensed attorneys encouraged to apply; no prior experience required).
Ability to manage a full schedule with multiple hearings each day.
Professional, client-centered communication and advocacy skills.
Flexibility and comfort working in a predominantly remote environment with some in-person hearings as needed.
Compensation
Starting salary of $88,000 per year, with significant opportunities for growth.
