We are currently looking to hire a full-time Apartment Manager for our property in Dallas, OR.
The position includes:
Processing applications
Greeting tenants and applicants, answering their questions
Answering phones
Resolving complaints/concerns in a timely manner
Showing apartments
Some light maintenance
Various other administrative tasks
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
As well as carrying an emergency phone at all times
