Assistant Manager / Service Advisor – Auto Detailing & Protection Shop (Allentown, PA)
TopLine Auto Spa is growing and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager / Service Advisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate job requests efficiently
- Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Up-sell additional services to enhance customer experience and vehicle protection
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
- Assist in developing branch sales strategies and goals
- Keep customer areas clean and organized
- Ensure timely completion of high-quality detailing services
- Support team operations and promote a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Must speak English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Basic computer skills (emails, scheduling, payments)
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Detail-oriented and committed to customer satisfaction
