Join the Team at One of Central PA’s Premier Gentlemen’s Clubs
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Barback. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations behind the bar, in the kitchen, and throughout the venue. If you're fast-moving, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a nightlife environment, this may be the perfect fit. Experience is required.
Typical Hours/Shifts:
8:00 PM – 3:00 AM All Days of the Week/Weekend
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to multitask quickly in a busy nightclub environment
Strong communication and teamwork with bartenders and managers
Comfort with physically demanding tasks (lifting, carrying, stocking)
A positive, helpful attitude toward staff and guests
Willingness to learn and follow checklists and procedures consistently
Core Responsibilities Include:
Bar & Stocking Duties:
Fill all ice bins and ensure bars are fully stocked with beer, liquor, mixers, Red Bull, fruit trays, and clean glassware (Opening/Night Checklists)
Replace kegs, restock walk-in coolers, and ensure all coolers are stocked and locked
Cut fruit, stock garnishes, and maintain sanitation of bar areas
Remove all dirty dishes and restock clean rags at each bar station
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, alleys, and main room
Clean restrooms (trash, mirrors, toilets, sinks, urinals) and restock supplies
Empty all trash cans throughout the building
Wipe counters, sanitize surfaces, clean bar mats, and ensure food prep spaces are clean
General Venue Support:
Restock supplies throughout the venue as needed
Identify spills, hazards, or safety issues and address them immediately
Assist bartenders during rushes to keep service fast and efficient
Follow direction from management and maintain professionalism at all times
Additional Requirements:
All candidates must pass a background check. While minor offenses are not automatic disqualifiers, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual offenses, violent offenses, or assault-related convictions to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
