Operations Technician

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Compliance with all aspects of our Quality Management System – GSD Horsham is ISO:9001 and ISO:13485 certifiedInventory tracking/monitoring – raw materials through finished goodsPhysical inventory counts as necessaryCreate and distribute work orders for Laboratory Technicians based on inventory levelsAssist manufacturing department with various tasks, including preparation of buffers and reagents, running assays, bottle/vial filling, and labelingMaintain product identification and location accuracy within facilitySetup and maintain kit assembly staging areaFollow specific kit documentation and protocols for kit assemblyCreate and print labelsAccurately stock finished products and other stock goods; work closely with manufacturing/operations personnel to maintain inventoryReceive and inspect incoming raw materials and other components. Complete inspection documentation as appropriate, label and store material as requiredShip products via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other carriersCorrect care and attention when dealing with hazardous materials
