This position requires availability for weekends and holidays as needed.Provide essential assistance to residents with activities of daily living, maintaining their dignity and independence.Administer medications with utmost precision and safety, including oral, ophthalmic, optic, nasal, rectal, and topical forms, as prescribed by the physician.Implement a rigorous three-step verification process before administering any medication:Confirm resident identityVerify correct medicationEnsure proper dosage, form, route, timing, and frequency (e.g., 1 hour after meals)Maintain strict compliance with medication labeling requirements to prevent potential errors.Uphold the highest standards of care and safety in all aspects of medication management and resident interaction.
