General Maintenance Tech

Performs preventive maintenance schedule and completes maintenance work orders. Repairs and solves maintenance problems, including items such as changing out electrical fixtures, installing ceiling tiles, cleaning fan coil units, repairing/replacing toilets, and installing and troubleshooting residential appliances.Performs minor troubleshooting of dietary equipment and plumbing repairs. Completes boiler checks and reporting procedures. Accurately reads basic drawings and blueprints.Assists with Waste Removal Collection & DisposalPerforms Security rounds and checks.  Communicates concerns and needs to appropriate management.Schedule & Compensation:Full-Time PositionHours:3 Weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun) + 2 Weekdays (Flexible Mon-Thu), Second shift 3-11pPay: $16.00-17.50/hour
