Position Overview:
The Co-Teacher will work closely with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, supportive, and joyful learning experience. Responsibilities include classroom management, assisting with lesson activities, supervising students, and contributing to a positive school culture.
Responsibilities:
Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities
Help implement lessons, projects, and hands-on learning
Supervise children to ensure safety and positive behavior
Assist with classroom organization, cleanup, and prep
Communicate effectively with staff and students
Participate in team meetings and trainings as needed
Qualifications:
Experience working with children (school, daycare, camp, tutoring, etc.) preferred
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic
Ability to work well as part of a team
