Char & Stave—Bluebird Distilling’s award-winning coffee + cocktail concept is looking for skilled, hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our team in beautiful Downtown Chestnut Hill, located right in the middle of the vibrant Germantown Ave strip.
By day, we serve exceptional specialty coffee roasted in-house. By night, we transition into a full cocktail bar featuring inventive coffee cocktails, classic builds, and elevated creations using Bluebird’s award-winning spirits. If you love both worlds—espresso and spirits—you’ll fit right in.
What the Role Involves
Crafting high-quality cocktails with consistency and creativity
Providing warm, attentive hospitality in a fast-paced environment
Working seamlessly with a tight-knit team during both café and bar service
Learning and showcasing our house-roasted coffee and Bluebird spirits
What We’re Looking For
Bartending experience preferred (coffee/barista experience is a plus)
Knowledge of classic cocktails + premium spirits (or eagerness to learn)
Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
Ability to handle high-volume shifts
Evening + weekend availability required
