Lpmg Cleaning is looking for experienced part-time airbnb cleaner's to join our team. Our ideal candidate's are self-driven, punctual, and reliable. All of our properties are located in Philadelphia within a 5 mile radius of Rittenhouse Square.
Looking to hire 2 cleaners.
20-25 hours per week.
Monday- Friday 11am - 3pm or 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday (varies during the week)
Friday - Monday 10am - 4pm
Must be able to travel from one location to another

Responsibilities
-Travel to customers property in a timely and professional manner
-Reliable transportation or knowledge of public transportation systems
-Review & complete cleaning checklists
-Upload cleaning pictures to our mobile applications
-Sanitize and disinfect all high touch surface areas
-Clean bathrooms; vanities, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, and tubs
-Change beds
-Wash linens, fold towels, wash dishes
-Sweep and mop floor’s
-Dust all surface areas, shelving, and ceiling fans
-Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery areas
-Dust blinds and clean windows
-Empty trash bins
-Report damages
-Check and report low inventory
-Follow our cleaning processes
Schedule
-position 1: Monday - Friday 11am - 3pm
Position 2: Friday - Monday 10am - 4pm
Qualifications
-High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
-Must pass a background check – State and National
-Reliable and self-motivated
- Must be on time
-Good understanding of cleaning supplies and chemicals and how they are used
-Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to lift 20 - 30 pounds and climb stairs
-Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods
- Must know how to use a smart phone or tablet
Compensation
-Training will be for a period of no less than 2 weeks at $13 per hour
- Once training is complete you will be brought up to $14 an hour
-Pay is Bi-weekly; every other Friday
-Bonuses available based on performance and availability to pick up bonus shifts
