FirstLight Home Care Mainline Now Interviewing In-Home Direct Support Caregivers for Part-Time Daily Personal Care Male Client - CNAs / Experienced Caregivers Required
Compensation: $17 & Up / Based on Demonstrated Experience
Location is Private Home in Malvern, PA 19355
Must be a Licensed Driver with a Personal Vehicle for Commuting to & from work.
Location not Accessible by Public Transportation.
Hours Available Mornings / Evenings and Weekends - Pick the Schedule that Works for You
From 4 to 40+ Hours Weekly!
Competitive Pay, Starting at $17 & Up, Based on Demonstrated Experience!
Overtime Available at 40+ and Qualified Holidays!
Male Client with History of Stroke.
Client lives at Home with Family. Client's Wife is Primary Caregiver.
Care Plan Revolves Around Start of Day, End of Day and Quality of Life Activities In-Between!
Assist with Transfers via Lift System from Bed to Wheelchair and Back.
Assist with Continence Care (Adult Diapering)
Assist with Daily Bathing/Grooming/Dressing
Assist with Medication Reminders
Assist Light Meal Prep and Post-Meal Service Cleanup
Light Housekeeping / Laundry / Linen Change as Requested

Caregiver Should Be Prepared to Demonstrate Excellent Grasp of Basic Direct Support Caregiving Knowledge and Skills, along with an Authentic Willingness to Learn What Works Best for the Client and Family to Ensure a Feeling of Safety and Security in the Day to Day Needs and Operations in this Family's Household.
Caregiver Should Be Committed to Working the Schedule Long Term and to Participate Harmoniously with FirstLight Home Care Staff, Client, and Client’s Family.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. Able-bodied is a must!
Additional Requirements include: TB Test, Criminal Background Check and Completion of a Competency and Training Program. Must Be Available to Interview and Onboard in Person at our Main Office located at 321 S. Valley Forge Road, Devon, PA 19333.
