Mechanical Assembler – Rigging Products

Location: Aston, PA

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Mechanical Assembler to join a leading manufacturer of rigging products used in heavy lifting and cargo tie-down applications. In this hands-on role, you will assemble and fabricate components made from synthetic materials, steel cable, and chain — no welding required.

This position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and prioritize safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble rigging products using synthetic fibers, steel cables, and chain components.

Operate heavy-duty production machinery safely and efficiently.

Maintain consistent quality standards while meeting daily production targets.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

Collaborate with team members and work independently when needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial assembly preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math (addition and subtraction).

Reliable transportation to work site.

Commitment to following safety guidelines and proper use of PPE is required (safety glasses, work boots).

Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, walk, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise.

Must be able to safely navigate the production floor and perform physical tasks.
