CNC Programmer/Machinist – 5-Axis Mazak / Swiss CNC (Star)
Location: Relocation Available | Shifts: 1st, 2nd (+15%), 3rd (+30%)
What You’ll Do
Program, set up, and operate Mazak 5-Axis or Swiss CNC (Star) machines
Use Mazatrol and Mastercam for high-precision medical parts
Perform first article inspections and maintain production goals
Inspect parts to blueprint specs and ensure quality control
Mentor junior machinists and support team workflow
Qualification:
3+ years Mazak 5-Axis CNC programming experience
3+ years CNC machining (Mazak lathes/mills or Star Swiss)
Strong knowledge of tooling, tolerances, feeds & speeds
Experience with CAD/CAM software and quality inspection tools
Ability to run machines independently and guide others
