| | instructor in our Beginner and |

| | Intermediate levels. The |

| Duties and Responsibilities: | Teaching and related duties will |

| | vary with the specific course(s) |

| | being taught. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | - Advanced degree in |

| | Japanese or a closely related |

| | discipline is required. |

| | - Must have experience |

| | teaching Japanese at least up |

| | to Intermediate level. |

| | - The appli ant must be |

| Preferred Qualifications: | - Previous teaching |

| | experience preferred-at |

| | least, two years of |

| | post-secondary teaching in a |

| | related field. |

| | - In fall 2024, candidate |

| | must be available to teach |

| | drill sections of Beginner |

| | and Intermediate Japanese on |

| | Monday 8:30am to 1:40pm. The |

| | schedule may be restructured |

| | in subsequent semesters. |
