Description We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to assist with our evening operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients and donors receive the best possible service and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and a commitment to our nonprofit’s mission. Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours.
Provide accurate information about our services and programs.
Assist with client intake and registration for our programs.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
Address and resolve client concerns in a detail oriented and timely manner.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Uphold our organization’s values and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Availability to work evening hours
