Responsibilities
Ensure that customers and Technicians receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Provides technicians with necessary parts with minimal wait time; uses parts pre-picking when applicable.
Recommends related parts that are needed.
Provides customer a time estimate for obtaining part(s).
Costs parts on invoice or repair order.
Maintains positive working relationships with customers and employees.
