Property management company owns and operates 75 plus properties has an immediate opening in our maintenance department for an in house experienced plumber assistant/helper full time.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: changing sinks, faucets.
You will work with our Master licensed plumbers and our team of installers and remodelers on repairs and installs on our own properties. Main responsibility will be installing domestic water, drainage and hydronic baseboard
Most work is in and around Warwick, East Greenwich, West Warwick, and Cranston and Coventry.
Must be an independent worker and problem solver with own basic tools and transportation. Starting salary is $28 per f GED higher salary based on licenses held with an increase based on skills and experience demonstrated.
