KYC Remediation Consultant (Contract Position)

We are looking for an experienced KYC Business Analyst to join our team for 12 months to assist in the integration of two Financial institutions, and to remediate any profiles that are not up to regulatory and internal standards. Key responsibilties:Preform KYC review on client including HNWIs, family offices and trusts, and validate client profile information.  Verify KYC process controls, including client hierarchy management, sanctions and PEP screenings, adverse information screening, hit follow-ups, and enhanced due diligence checks.  Check data accuracy in KYC systems and ensure quality across the end-to-end review flow. Ensure all required KYC documents are complete and properly recorded. Conduct SOW/SOF review and remediation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Liaise with RMs and Business to obtain information to complete the review. Perform any ad-hoc issues related to the case. Monitor and ensure adherence to remediation timelines, providing support for management reporting and related preparations.
