Ensure the robust operation and integrity of vehicle electrical and electronic architecturesDiagnose, analyse, and resolve complex E/E and network-related issuesSupport software compliance and validation activitiesContribute to project delivery aligned with quality, cost, and timing objectivesMission and tasksPerform advanced diagnostics on vehicle systems (electrical, electronic, ECU networks)Analyse and troubleshoot CAN bus and other in-vehicle network communicationsIdentify root causes of ECU, sensor, actuator, and wiring-related failuresInterpret wiring diagrams, network architectures, service manuals, and diagnostic codesAnalyse vehicle network messages and traces to isolate faultsSupport software updates, configuration checks, and post-update validationEnsure compliance with OEM, regulatory, and client-specific standardsProduce structured diagnostic documentation, repair reports, and progress updatesAct as technical interface between engineering teams, service centres, and clientsSupport activities at customer or partner sites as requiredContribute to training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to technicians and engineersTechnical skillsStrong knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic architecturesIn-depth understanding of ECU networks and communication protocolsAdvanced vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding capabilityProficiency with diagnostic and network analysis tools (e.g. VECTOR CANape, CANalyzer, Indigo)Ability to read and analyse wiring diagrams and E/E architecturesUnderstanding of automotive software compliance and validation processesBehavioural skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetStructured, methodical, and detail-oriented approachAbility to work autonomously in operational environmentsClear technical communication with internal and external stakeholdersProfessional representation of the company towards clients
