Technical Support Coordinator - 2nd shift

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Technical Support Coordinator to contribute to our Maintenance team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.In this role, this person provides technical support to the Distribution Center by installing, configuring, moving and troubleshooting PC equipmentThe world is reading, and it is our goal to connect as many people to the content they want in the simplest ways.  If you share that passion and are seeking an opportunity with a fast paced, customer-centric company offering a competitive salary and benefits, we can’t wait to meet you! Shift:Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 12 AMRequired Qualifications:HS Diploma or GED2 years’ experience in repairing and maintaining PC’s and related equipment1 year work experience in at least one previous job6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboardKey Responsibilities:Installs, moves, and tests all workstation equipment including PCs, Printer, and other peripheral support in the distribution centerConfigures all associate equipment utilized in AS400 systemsTroubleshoots problems and/or repairs or arranges for repairs with failed equipmentSets guidelines for vendors and establishes working relationships with vendor techniciansOrders parts and supplies for equipmentResponds to RF equipment failures and configuration issuesConducts training with associates on proper use and maintenance of equipmentEnsures data stream is maintainedInvestigates connectivity issues that affect transmission.Hiring Salary Range: $19.67/hr - $24.16/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
