Job Overview
Location: Nashville, TN – Join our exciting startup expansion in a vibrant, up-and-coming area with easy access to downtown.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for operational needs.
Starting Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience), plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily DTF and UV DTF print production (hands-on) and shipping, ensuring high-volume output with vibrant color accuracy and durability, to meet our one business day turnaround times.
Maintain quality control, safety protocols, and inventory management in our fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with customer service and shipping teams to deliver ready-to-press transfers nationwide.
Troubleshoot equipment, implement process improvements, and train staff on hot-peel techniques and custom order handling.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in DTF printing, digital apparel production, or similar supervisory roles—mass production knowledge a plus.
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management and problem-solving.
Familiarity with printing software (e.g., RIP, photoshop, Illustrator) and equipment maintenance.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
