Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced equipment operators for road construction projects in Lebanon, TN. We’re looking for skilled professionals who take pride in their work and want to make an impact on visible infrastructure projects.
We have openings for:
Motor Grade Operators – Finish Blade Operators – $30–$40/hr DOE
Curb & Concrete Equipment Operators – $25–$33/hr DOE

Pay & Schedule:
Motor Grader: $30–$40/hr, 7:00am–3:30pm
Curb/Concrete: $25–$33/hr, 7:00am–5:00pm
Monday–Friday, 40+ hours/week (overtime may be available)
Immediate start, temp-to-hire
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment for road grading and curb/concrete construction
Perform finish grading and curb shaping to precise specifications
Set up and adjust grade control systems (laser, stringline, GPS)
Monitor machine performance, material feed, and quality of work
Inspect and maintain equipment for safe, efficient operation
Read blueprints, grade sheets, and project plans
Assist with concrete delivery and finishing as needed
Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE
Qualifications:
3+ years operating motor graders (finish blade) or curb machines
Road, highway, or municipal project experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude for inspection and adjustments
Reliable transportation and ability to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors
Must pass drug screen and have a clean driving record
