Responsibilities
Lead on-site construction operations from start to finish
Manage schedules, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines and budgets
Enforce safety standards and ensure project quality
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients
Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff
Qualifications
5–10 years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven experience with mixed-use and commercial building projects
Strong scheduling, leadership, and communication skills
OSHA certification preferred
