Falco Networks LLC: Falco Networks LLC is a leader in fiber optic network design and construction. We are currently expanding our team for the new Abilene Data Center project and are seeking 10 dedicated Fiber Optic Splicers to join us.
As a Fiber Optic Splicer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining critical network infrastructure. This involves joining fiber cables using fusion or mechanical splicing methods to ensure high-speed data connectivity with minimal signal loss.
Requirements:
Precision & Skill: Excellent manual dexterity and vision are required for handling delicate fiber strands.
Work Ethic: Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and maintain a positive attitude.
Availability: Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Flexibility Required: Candidates must be willing to work either day or night shifts. Shifts are assigned based on project needs; rotation may occur to prevent burnout.
Compliance: Must possess valid documentation to work legally in the U.S.
Bilingual: Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
