Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in logistics operations, including inventory
management, shipping and receiving, customer service and team leadership. As logistics
coordinator, you will be responsible for outbound and inbound freight operations, ensuring that
all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational and
communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Customer service calls.
Check in drivers returning from routes.
Process return inventory.
Print and file route paperwork.
Close driver routes.
Answer emails and calls from drivers and clients.
Dispatching and routing.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Proven experience in leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Job Details and Pay
Tuesday-Friday 1pm-10pm and Saturday 11am-8pm
45 hours weekly. Paid lunch breaks
$21 per hour
