THE ROLE (WHAT YOU DO)
This role is simple, detail-oriented, and highly creative:
You will:
Edit 15–25 short-form videos per day (formats provided) — this is the main focus (using CapCut)
Edit 1–2 long-form talking videos per week
Film with me in person 3–5 days/week (talking videos + simple shots)
Organize, export, and deliver clips daily (using DropBox)
Capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments
Help evolve the visual identity of Harmony as we grow

You will create fast, publish fast, improve fast, and grow fast.
Your videos will reach hundreds of thousands — often the same day.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong TikTok/Reels/Shorts editing experience
Proficiency in CapCut (on mobile and/or desktop)
Comfortable filming with Lumix/Sony/Canon-style cameras + iPhone
Fast editor with great pacing + hook instincts
Understands retention, attention, and modern short-form style
Organized, steady, no ego, easy to work with
Based in or near Austin, TX
