We are looking for an accountant for our general contractor construction company.
Qualities we seek in our desired hire:
-Bachelor's Degree in accounting
-Prior experience in accounting for the construction industry preferred
-Proficiency/Skilled in Microsoft Excel
-Proficiency/Skilled in Intuit Quickbooks
-Be able to commute reliably to Dallas Texas (75229 area)
Duties would include:
-Coordinating with CPA regarding tax filings and deadlines
-Daily monitoring of transactions as well as data entry
-Preparation of checks
-Generating reports via Excel
-Coordinating with project supervisors and office staff to retrieve information regarding projects.
