Office staff and Dispatcher positions available.
We are a well-established AC and Heating company that services the DFW area with our headquarters being located in Garland.
Currently we are seeking a Customer Service/Dispatchers ready to work and join our team!
Our pay is based upon your experience and the results you provide us for your job performance. Our salary for you with experience will be between $18.00 to $30.00 per hour.
Daily Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Entering and Confirming appointments with customer for the next day.
Answering and making phone calls as well as using email and text as a communication tool with warranty companies and new/existing customer.
Dispatching technicians to the customer's home.
Clearing invoices that the techs call in
The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service and dispatching is not a requirement; we are willing to train the right person!
The hourly wage will depend on your experience, The office hours are Monday-Friday 8-5pm and Saturday 8-1pm, which the office staff will alternate Saturdays based on the volume of calls.
Requirements are:
- Be accountable and on time daily.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Have a strong understanding in using computers and programs.
- Have strong communications skills.
- Have excellent phone etiquette.
- Availability to multi-task when necessary, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Typing of 20+ WPM.
