Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Services Associate to support property loan processes. This role involves handling large volumes of documents and live checks and ensuring accuracy for packages to be sent to various tax authorities. It’s a zero-error, deadline-driven environment, so strong focus, organization, and quality control skills are essential

Schedule: Fully onsite Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM. Must be flexible for Holidays and weekends.

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $18-20/hour depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment.

Handle high volumes of live checks by accurately printing and matching them with corresponding reports.

Meticulously follow detailed instructions for each package to ensure all contents are correct and compliant for dispatch.

Perform final quality control verification of matched checks and reports to guarantee accuracy.

Organize and prepare finalized packages for secure delivery to Taxing Authorities.

Manage assigned processes and inventory to meet strict daily deadlines.

Effectively manage time, set priorities, and concentrate on main objectives to meet all established deadlines.

Adhere to all required company and client-driven standards and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Duties may vary based on area of focus (e.g., Payments, Refunds, Correspondence).

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

1+ years of relevant experience, or relevant education in lieu of experience.

Client service-oriented experience preferred.

Ability to provide exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment.

Ability to manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Intermediate computer skills with a strong aptitude to learn new systems and applications.

Ability to understand basic property-related documentation from a variety of sources.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to synthesize information and resolve problems.

Strong detail-orientation to process data accurately.

Ability to collaborate with others and provide status updates.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
