We are looking for a strong, skilled HVAC Service Manager to join our team!
The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a solid background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and maintenance. This role requires a hands-on approach to contributing and supervising projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
What you will be doing as a Service Manger:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and support staff.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including boilers and other mechanical equipment.
Ensure all work is performed according to industry standards and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess progress and quality of work.
Provide training and mentorship to team members on HVAC systems, schematics, and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments on construction projects requiring HVAC expertise.
Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
What you bring to the role:
Proven experience in HVAC and supervision
Strong mechanical knowledge with skills in plumbing, welding, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
Familiarity with boiler systems and their operation.
Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license will be required for travel between job sites.
