Estimator / Project Manager – Dirt Contracting
Stephenson Dirt Contracting is seeking a detail-driven, collaborative Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. We specialize in earthwork, site preparation, and infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for dirt work, excavation, and grading projects
Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor coordination from bid to completion
Interpret plans, specs, and contracts with clarity and integrity
Communicate with clients, crews, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Uphold safety, quality, and respect on every job site
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in estimating and managing dirt work or civil construction projects
Strong understanding of takeoffs, bid preparation, and project scheduling
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with construction software.
