WHAT YOU GET TO DOProcess incoming signed closing documentation and mail curative items needed to clear title for real estate transactions.Finalize the title insurance process by recording and delivering recorded documents to clientele.Coordinate with Sellers, Buyers, Lenders, clientele, vendors and internal team members to be able to resolve post-signing errors made by different parties that are needed to be able to disburse transactions timely to meet state regulatory and client needs. Examine overall title documents to review legitimacy for being able to produce title, complete any needed forms, review chain of title, request checks to submit for recording within 48 hours of disbursementContact recording offices, utility offices, tax offices to gather research needed to resolve rejects that are not clearly understoodUnderstand Resware, know where and how to gather information and where to go for file resolutionsEffectively communicate with onshore/offshore teams and any party to the transaction about file statusMonitor assigned files for follow up and follow through to complete recording activity and shipping to buyers and lenders
