We are a Cast Stone company in Independence Heights, our business is growing, and we’re looking for great people to grow with us. We’re immediately seeking an Entry Level CAD Technician and Estimating Assistant to join our team in Houston.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Working knowledge and use of CAD - years of experience is not a requirement, we understand new positions require training and are willing to do so
Knowledge of reading and interpreting specs, plans and blueprints
Knowledge of producing shop drawings and renderings of structures and installations – experience is a plus
Computer literacy, proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word, and ability to learn new programs as needed
Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize workload and work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines efficiently
Strong administrative and organizational skills with an attention to detail
Fluent English – written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
Ability to work effectively as a team member, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Ability to self-manage
Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Compensation commensurate with skills and experience
Job: Full Time
Monday – Friday
8 am – 5 pm
