Medical practice, in Sugar Land, TX looking for experienced Medical Assistant. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistan in the Wellness and/or Aesthetic industry. Must have experience in IV nutrition and phlebotomy.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Administer nutritional IV Therapy
-Blood draws
-Intake/update medical history, new symptoms, chief complaints
-Assist with minor procedures
-Administer injections
-Clean and stock rooms
-Ability to educate patients on treatments/services
-Call in refills as directed by physician
-Audit charts
-Schedule appointments as needed / front desk / check out
Administrative Duties:
Scheduling
Answering phones
Patient follow up
Clinical Duties:
Performing injections
Sterilizing instruments
Performing EKGs
Administering medications
Full-time or Part-time
Pay Rate 18.00 to 23.00 hourly, based on level of experience & skill set
