We are in need of a new shop foreman/sheet metal roofing fabricator and welder. We own a full metal fab shop that makes various trims, flashings and Metal for steel buildings and roofing components. Need to weld from time to time but 85% of the work is on a press brake and metal sheer. We erect and weld/fabricate metal buildings and beams. MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN. We need someone reliable, knowledgeable and eager to work. Basic work skills would include: loading customer's orders, Weld and cut/fabricate metal and Steel for Jobs. Sheer and bend metal for projects and customers material. Run day to day operations of the shop/warehouse. Must overlook helpers work and assure all orders are done and made correctly. 40+ hours a week. Pay will be determined on work ethic and experience. If interested.
